The brand new Microsoft OS, Windows 10, has been available since 29 July. It is possible for Microsoft customers to upgrade their Windows version for free during the first year after launch for Windows 7 and Windows 8/8.1 consumer edition users.

CIVA 2015a is running well with Windows 7 and 8/8.1 but it has not been tested on Windows 10 since this Windows version was released after the patch release. There may be some compatibility problems so we advise our CIVA customers not to upgrade their Windows version to Windows 10 on the computer where CIVA is installed.

The next version of CIVA scheduled for early next year, CIVA 2016, will be compatible with Windows 10.

The EXTENDE team

Dear CIVA customers, the “Patch A” for CIVA 2015 is now available.

This patch fixes various bugs related to data analysis and modeling. You will find here a short list of what is new, depending on the module. Of course, in each technique, many other various bugs have been fixed.

You should have received recently from EXTENDE an emailing to inform you where to download this patch to upgrade CIVA 2015. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information if necessary.

We recommend you to install this patch as soon as you can, in order to benefit from all those improvements.
