CIVA users look satisfied with our support service, whether it be in terms of time of answer (around 90% of our answers are provided within 48 hours) or of technical content.
Most of the time, our answers help you efficiently – but of course, it cannot be 100% successful when an issue or a real limitation is encountered. We do try to propose you a bypass whenever possible.
The analysis of some problems may need further interactions and time with the development team for a complete answer and/or an improvement in a future version.
